One person died Tuesday morning following a crash near the community of Centralia, south of Exeter.
According to Huron County OPP, a pickup truck was travelling eastbound on Mount Carmel Drive when it left the road and crashed into a concrete bridge.
Its driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was later identified as Jerry Morley, a 62-year-old North Middlesex resident.
Mount Carmel was closed between Parr and Ausable lines for several hours as police investigated.
