The Kitchener Panthers returned to the win column on Thursday night with an 18-7 blowout victory over the Hamilton Cardinals.  Kitchener put up 20 hits and blasted four home runs to defeat the Cardinals for the 4th time this season. 

Tanner Nivens led the way for Kitchener with two home runs and David Whiteside also went deep, homering for the 7th time this season.

 Matt Vickers picked up the win in relief, tossing three scoreless innings during a game dominated by offense.  Kitchener is now back to the .500 mark with a record of 16-16. 

The Panthers next game is Saturday afternoon on the road against the Burlington Bandits.  First pitch is at 1:00pm.
