Police in Huron County are asking the public for help finding an oxygen tank allegedly stolen from paramedics earlier this week.

According to an OPP press release, Huron County EMS paramedics left the tank and its carry bag behind after responding to a call on Carling Street in Exeter, early Tuesday morning.

Less than an hour later, they returned to the area – but could not find the tank or bag.

Police describe the bag as being aqua-coloured and padded, while the tank is said to be connected to a regulator.

The estimated value of the two items is $500.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 519-524-8314 or 1-888-310-1122.
