Cambridge residents are getting two more chances to give their advice on which factors the city should consider when selecting a site for its new sportsplex.
The first of two open houses will be held Thursday, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Hespeler Arena.
The second open house will take place Sept. 8 at City Hall.
An online survey also remains usable for the rest of the week.
Neither the survey nor the open houses will ask for specific site suggestions, instead focusing on which items the city should give the most weight to when picking a location.
The city is re-examining the location of the sportsplex after members of the minor sports community expressed concerns about a proposed site on Conestoga College property.
