A crash in Wellington Township, west of Salem has killed a Guelph woman, Saturday afternoon.
OPP say a pickup truck entered the intersection at Wellington Road 18 and Eighth Line around 2:30 P.M.
The truck was struck by a car. The force of the impact caused the two men inside the truck to be thrown from the vehicle.
Twenty-four-year-old Christopher Waito and 21-year-old Matthew Artus, both from Hamilton, were taken to a Fergus Hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the car, 71-year-old James Allen Richards of Kitchener also suffered serious injuries, and was taken to Hamilton's McMaster Hospital.
The passenger of the car, 57-year-old Shirley Foster of Guelph, was pronounced dead at the scene.
