One person is dead following a single vehicle collision in Brant County.
OPP and firefighters were called to the scene on Highway 53 in the village of Cathcart at 3:10 a.m. Monday.
A 19-year-old Norfolk County man driving eastbound had lost control of the car and collided with a tree.
The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
Highway 53 will remain closed for several hours for the investigation.
