A man who shot three people inside a Waterloo factory has lost his bid for parole.

Patrick Dombroskie drove to a police station and turned himself in shortly after killing three people inside the Ontario Glove factory in February 1992.

His victims were 39-year-old Greg More, 33-year-old Larry Strack and 43-year-old Elizabeth Travassos.

Dombroskie’s trial heard that he was a disgruntled employee. He was sentenced to life in prison.

He applied for parole, and a hearing was held on the issue in Kingston this week.

He was denied both day parole and permanent parole, according to the brother of one of the people killed in the shootings.
