Waterloo Regional police are looking for the public's help in identifying a bank robbery suspect.

Just before 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, a man walked into the New Hamburg TD Canada Trust,  on Huron Street.  He approached a teller and passed a note demanding money.  He said he had a weapon.

The teller surrendered an undisclosed amount of cash.  The man then fled the scene on foot.  No-one was hurt during the robbery.

The man is described as white, 40 years old, 5'5'' tall, thin build, short dark hair and unshaven.
