A Wingham resident has been charged after allegedly rolling his car while attempting to pass another vehicle.
Huron County OPP say they, firefighters and paramedics were called to the intersection of London Road and Cemetery Line – southwest of Blyth – Monday afternoon.
When they got there, police say they found a silver sedan lying in the ditch, on its roof.
The sedan’s driver was taken to a hospital in Clinton and treated for minor injuries.
Justin Riley, 25, is charged with dangerous driving.
Police claim he lost control of his car while using the gravel shoulder to pass other vehicles.
