Thirty-three more charges have been filed under the Police Services Act against an officer in Owen Sound.

An internal probe started last year led to 15 charges under the Act against Constable Brian Follis for discreditable conduct, neglect of duty and other counts.

The charges related to his alleged on-duty conduct involving a relationship with the victim of an alleged crime.

A secondary investigation has now prompted another 33 other charges under the Act, including 28 of insubordination.

Follis, who appeared at a Police Services Act tribunal yesterday, is on paid suspension.
