A Fergus man is charged with racing a vehicle after he was allegedly clocked on radar at 189 km/h – more than 100 km/h over the speed limit.
Wellington County OPP say they were watching traffic on Highway 6 near Laird Road early Friday morning, and noticed that man driving well above the 80 km/h speed limit.
He was pulled over and charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
Allan Dunbar, 43, also lost his vehicle and driver’s licence for one week.
