A meat-free burger is being pulled off store shelves because of possible Listeria contamination.

The Veggie Patch brand Ultimate Meatless Burger was imported by Costco from the United States and sold in one kilogram packages with two best before dates, Jan. 12th and 17th, 2013.

It was distributed in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Quebec.

There have been no reports of any illnesses being linked to the product.
