Police have charged a Brighton man they say was involved in a fraudulent boat sale.
O-P-P say a man agreed to sell a boat on behalf of its 80-year-old owner, but never turned over the money from the sale.
They say the owner then called in police, who arrested the broker.
Thirty-three-year-old Michael Warren is charged with fraud over five-thousand dollars
