A Leamington man is facing multiple charges including aggravated sexual assault and forcible confinement.
Leamington OPP responded to a 911 call for a sexual assault at around 1:30 a.m. on August 30.
When they arrived, police said they saw the accused running from the scene where the assault allegedly took place.
Later that evening, police were able to arrest the suspect, 27-year-old Douglas Serrano.
Serrano is being held for a bail hearing in Windsor.
