Three men with bandanas covering their faces made their way into a home in Kitchener and robbed the person inside while brandishing knives, Waterloo Regional Police say.
The robbery – which police think was a targeted attack – occurred around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, at a home on Windy Ridge Place in the Pioneer Park neighbourhood.
Police say that the 30-year-old man inside the home fought back against the intruders, but wasn’t able to stop them from leaving with some of his possessions.
However, he did get his belongings back after following the trio away from his home.
The intruders are described as being white men in their 20s, who were seen wearing dark hoodies and dark pants.
