As Ontario's population ages, the number of elderly drivers on the roads is expected to grow significantly.

Already, an estimated 34,000 Ontario drivers are suffering from dementia -- a number that could increase to 100,000 by 2028.

In a special series airing this week, CTV's Meghan Furman looks at how driver testing is changing to better accommodate driving seniors, and how changes to auto technology may further impact the situation.
