A hot air balloon made an unexpected landing near a busy intersection in Waterloo Thursday morning.
Sundance Balloons says winds changed and the pilot had to make a controlled landing in a vacant construction site at the corner of Weber Street and Bridgeport Road at around 8:30 a.m.
Eight passengers as well as the pilot were on board.
There was no damage, and no one was hurt.
