The residents of a Waterloo home were assaulted and threatened with a gun in an early morning home invasion Tuesday, according to police.

Police say the suspects entered the home in the Lakeshore area of the city at 4:15 a.m.

One of the people inside the home suffered minor injuries.

Police say the invaders, who were all disguised, stole several items, as well as a black BMW.

Investigators want to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area on the night in question.

Police say the suspects were all males of average height who were wearing dark, baggy clothing.
