A Hamilton man accused of abducting and sexually assaulting a young child has turned himself in to police.
On Saturday, officers were called to Sanford Avenue in Hamilton. They say they spoke to a child who had allegedly been abducted and assaulted by a stranger.
Police identified the man as 29-year-old John Adam Greene.
Greene turned himself in to police on Monday afternoon.
He’s facing abduction, aggravated assault, and sexual interference charges.
No word yet on whether those charges have been filed.
Police have not released the age or sex of the child.
