A medical condition led to a bizarre crash which ended with a car on a rail line, Guelph Police say.
The single-vehicle crash occurred around 2 p.m. on Edinburgh Road near Paisley Road.
According to police, a car left the roadway, crashed through a fence, and landed right-side up on the tracks.
It was seen to have damage to its passenger side and front-end.
Further details were not immediately available.
