On July 28, 2014 a Guelph resident returned home at 8:30 a.m. after working the night shift and discovered an unknown man asleep in their bed.
Guelph Police responded to the London Road residence and charged a 46-year-old Guelph man with trespass by night.
Joseph Petric will appear in Guelph court in September.
