A police cruiser and a passenger vehicle were demolished early Thursday morning, police report.
The crash occurred around 3:30 a.m. at Kortright and Edinburgh roads.
According to city police, both vehicles were attempting to enter the intersection at the same time, and the front of the cruiser collided with the driver’s side of the Honda.
Both drivers were treated in hospital for minor injuries, and later released.
Damage is estimated at $43,000.
Police say they want to hear from any witnesses to the crash.
