On July 28th, 2005 the body of a newborn boy was found on a rail trail in Brantford.

With no idea of who his parents may be, police named the infant “Baby Parker”.

On the day of the anniversary, police are hoping that if the baby’s mother is out there, she will find the courage to come forward a decade after Parker was found and buried.

Results of a post-mortem have never been made public but investigators are now saying Baby Parker was drug and alcohol free, but had injuries to his ribs and skull.

In the past police released sections of a hand written note they think could have come from the baby’s birth mother. They are now releasing all of it.
