Waterloo Regional Police are looking to identify a man who allegedly followed a young girl as she walked home from school.
The girl told police she was followed around 4 p.m. Monday, while walking in the area of Victoria Street South and Westforest Trail in Kitchener.
Police describe the man as being Hispanic, skinny and in his early 20s. They say he had short, black hair, and was seen driving a black Mitsubishi SUV.
The man was seen wearing skinny grey jeans, a grey beanie-style hat, a light grey hoodie with a zipper, a white T-shirt, and red-and-black shoes, while carrying a red-and-black backpack.
