Emergency crews were called to a fire in Cambridge on Friday night.

An SUV that was parked in the driveway of a home on Blair Road somehow caught fire.

The vehicle was parked close to the house when the fire started, and flames quickly spread to the garage, roof and front porch.

The attic also sustained damage.

A neighbor saw the flames shortly after the owner of the SUV arrived home and alerted the residents.

Crews were able to extinguish the blaze and everyone inside the house, including pets, escaped unharmed.

Damage to the home and the SUV is estimated at about $30,000.
