Police are investigating after a fast-food restaurant in Kitchener was robbed Tuesday night.
Police say a man entered the Mr. Sub restaurant on Weber Street East at 8:30 p.m. Brandishing an object resembling a handgun, the man demanded money from the clerk.
An undisclosed amount of cash was handed over, and the man left the restaurant.
The suspect is described as a white man, about 25 years old, 5’10” with a slim build. He was wearing a light-coloured hoodie and jeans.
The clerk was not injured.
