Next week, NextJet Canada will start offering daily flights from the Region of Waterloo International Airport to Peterborough, Gatineau (Que.) and Montreal.

In advance of that launch, more details have been made public about fares and departure times for the NextJet flights.

Passengers stopping in Peterborough will be able to fly for $100, with the air service charging $285 for a one-way trip to Gatineau, and $315 for its flights to Montreal.

When the service launches next week, flights will leave Waterloo Region at 6:45 a.m. Monday to Friday, arriving in Peterborough 35 minutes later, and Montreal at 9:20 a.m.

A return flight will leave Montreal at 4:30 p.m., stopping in Gatineau 45 minutes later and Peterborough 65 minutes after that, before landing in Waterloo Region at 7:20 p.m.

A third route will operate only on Friday nights, leaving Waterloo Region at 7:45 p.m. and arriving at Montreal at 10:20 p.m., with a Sunday evening service operating on the same hours as the weekday flights.
