An e-bike driver was killed Monday afternoon when his vehicle collided with a pickup truck in a rural part of Wellington County.
OPP say they were called to the crash site – on Wellington Road 125 near Wellington Road 50, east of Rockwood and north of Acton – around 4:45 p.m.
The driver of the e-bike was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was identified Tuesday as Frank Wood, an 87-year-old Rockwood resident.
The 29-year-old man driving the pickup truck was not injured.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash, and say they want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed it.
