A Kitchener man is in police custody after he was arrested for allegedly breaching a court order to stay away from young boys.
54-year old Jeffrey McCartney was told to stay away from places that associate with children such as Victoria Park, swimming pools and daycare centres.
He was convicted in 2011 of possessing and distributing images of sexual abuse involving boys.
Police say he was located in Victoria Park last night.
McCartney is in custody until a court date is set.
