A car ended up on its roof Saturday night, after police say it clipped a van in Waterloo.
According to police, the driver lost control at Erbsville Road and Keats Way.
He was taken to hospital and officials say his injuries were minor.
Police have charged him with careless driving and say speed was a factor.
The people in the van were uninjured.
