No injuries were reported Thursday after an SUV crashed into a parked car and a thrift store in Kitchener’s west end.

The crash occurred shortly after noon, outside the Salvation Army store on Highland Road West.

It appeared as though an SUV, while reversing, crashed into a car parked outside the store and dragged it over the curb.

The SUV then hit the store itself, breaking part of its glass storefront.

Damage to the store is estimated at $30,000.

Nobody was hurt in the crash and no charges will be laid, Waterloo Regional Police say.
