A naked teenage boy was allegedly seen performing an indecent act just off a trail near a forest in Waterloo’s northwest corner.
Waterloo Regional Police say that the boy was spotted near Sundew Drive – off Wilmot Line north of Columbia Street – around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
He was discovered and confronted by the owner of a nearby home, and then walked off into the woods.
Police dogs were unable to pick up his trail.
The boy is described as being between 15 and 17 years old, with tanned skin and brown hair.
Police say they want to hear from anyone with information.
