A Guelph man faces charges in connection with an altercation that left another man with a fractured skull.
Guelph Police say they were called to a disturbance in the city’s downtown at approximately 2:40 a.m. Sunday.
One man was found injured at the scene and taken to hospital with head and facial injuries.
He was later transferred to a Hamilton hospital after his condition deteriorated, police say.
A 24-year-old man faces charges of aggravated assault and breach of probation.
