Brantford Police have arrested a 25-year-old man believed to have stolen a poppy donation box from a downtown restaurant.
The theft occurred earlier this month at the Boston Pizza location on Market Street South.
Police say video surveillance showed the man hide the box in his jacket before leaving the restaurant.
Brandon Cook was arrested Thursday without incident.
He faces charges of theft under $5,000 and breaching a recognizance order.
