Norfolk County OPP say they’ve made in arrest in one of two recent robberies at Robinson Mart and Videos in Simcoe.
The store was most recently robbed Monday evening, by a man with a weapon.
A 27-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection with that hold-up.
Nicholas Popplewell faces charges of robbery with a weapon and wearing a disguise with criminal intent.
Robinson Mart and Videos was robbed in February by a different man with a weapon.
In that case, the intruder was described as 6’2” tall with a skinny build.
Police say they have yet to make an arrest in that case, but have received helpful information from the public.
