A 16-year-old girl will be attempting to finish her swim across Lake Erie at the end of this month.
Annaleise Carr -- who swam across Lake Ontario at the age of 14 -- was unable to complete a 75-kilometre swim across Lake Erie due to fatigue and bad weather last month.
She now says she'll try to complete the last 33 kilometres of her swim on August 31.
She expects to start her swim early in the morning from Long Point and hopes to arrive in Port Dover by late afternoon.
