A 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were taken to hospital after being robbed by a group of strangers, Waterloo Regional Police say.

The robbery was reported to police around 11:15 p.m. Saturday, from a park in the area of Activa Avenue and Max Becker Drive in Kitchener.

While no arrests have been made, police have released descriptions of four male suspects.

One is said to be white and was seen wearing a red sweater with a white True Religion logo on the left side of the chest.

The second is described as being thin and was seen in a plaid shirt and jeans, the third is said to have short hair, and police say the fourth is white and was wearing a black toque or hoodie.

Both teens were treated in hospital for minor injuries.
