A minivan, a car and a taxi van were involved in a collision in Kitchener Monday morning.

The crash occurred shortly before 10 a.m. at Weber Street and Stirling Avenue.

According to authorities at the scene, the van was southbound on Stirling and attempting to cross Weber when it hit the car.

The impact caused the van to flip onto its side and hit the taxi.

There were five people in the three vehicles, none of whom were believed to have been seriously hurt.

The driver of the minivan, a 76-year-old Kitchener man, was charged with failing to yield to through traffic.
