A collision in Guelph ended with one person in hospital, another treated at the scene, and a 59-year-old Kitchener man charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian.
The collision occurred just after 6 p.m. Wednesday, at Harvard Road and Youngman Drive in the city’s south end.
According to Guelph Police, a vehicle struck two pedestrians as it turned onto Youngman.
The pedestrians were walking in the crosswalk at the time, police said.
An 18-year-old Guelph woman suffered a head injury and was taken to hospital for observation.
The other pedestrian, a 19-year-old Toronto man, received care at the scene for minor injuries.
