A 19-year-old man died in hospital two days after he was seriously injured in a head-on collision.
Norfolk County OPP have identified Jacob Bergen, a Norfolk County resident, as they driver of the SUV that collided with a pickup truck on Norfolk County Road 23 last Thursday.
The collision occurred near the community of Glen Meyer, south of Tillsonburg.
Police have said that Bergen’s SUV crossed over to the wrong side of the road prior to the collision.
The driver of the pickup truck also received significant injuries in the collision.
