A 19-year-old man allegedly connected with a girl several years younger online, then sexually assaulted her when they met up in person.
Durham Regional Police say the man and the 13-year-old girl first talked to each other through social media.
They then arranged to meet up at a park in Oshawa, where the girl was allegedly sexually assaulted.
A Stratford resident is facing charges of sexual assault and sexual interference.
